Tethered Apparel LLC is a West Virginia limited liability company. We make faith-rooted apparel, starting with heavyweight hoodies built for real life.

When you place an order through our site or pre-order form, you are making a binding purchase agreement. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

Tethered Apparel does not store your card information — all payments are processed securely through Stripe.

We reserve the right to cancel orders because of inventory issues, pricing errors, or other order problems. If that happens, we will issue a full refund.

Orders ship within 7–14 business days of the drop date. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Once an order is with the carrier, we are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will always do our best to help you figure out what is going on.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item. In those cases, we cover it fully.

Final sale items, including custom drops or items marked final sale at purchase, are not eligible for return.

All Tethered Apparel designs, graphics, scripture layouts, brand assets, and copy are owned by Tethered Apparel LLC. Please do not reproduce, resell, or redistribute them without written permission.

Scripture references are used respectfully and remain the property of their respective translation publishers.

Products are sold as-is with care for quality. We are not liable for indirect damages. These terms are governed by the laws of West Virginia.

If anything here conflicts with applicable law, the lawful provision applies and the rest still stands.
